What is SparkCubs Academy?+
SparkCubs is one-on-one online tutoring with a dedicated Filipino teacher for live, real-time sessions—not prerecorded lessons or a group class.
How do I get started?+
Join the waitlist with a little information about your learner. We’ll reach out to understand their needs, match them with a teacher, and get a first session on the calendar.
What ages and subjects do you support?+
We support Kindergarten through Senior High, plus English-speaking learners abroad who want to keep reading, writing, English, or math strong.
Teachers and safety
Are your teachers qualified?+
Yes. Teachers complete an application, live demo class, and verification of their license, references, and experience before they are matched with a learner.
How do you keep sessions safe?+
Sessions happen on ClassIn, a dedicated teaching platform—not in private chats or personal accounts. Any concern is taken seriously and acted on immediately.
What if my child doesn’t click with their teacher?+
Tell us. We’ll work with you on a teacher change, make-up session, or the next best fit. Your learner’s comfort comes first.
Sessions and policies
What do we need for a session?+
A computer, tablet, or phone; stable internet; and a quiet-ish place to focus. We’ll help you get set up before the first lesson.
Can we reschedule?+
Yes, with at least 24 hours’ notice. If a teacher needs to reschedule on short notice, we’ll find the next available slot.
What are your packages and pricing?+
We’re finalizing current packages. Join the waitlist and we’ll reach out with pricing and options suited to your learner.
